Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Mark - a biker and fitness instructor

As a biker, I know how important overall fitness is to the enjoyment of riding motorbikes, and, as a fitness instructor I know how important the right diet and especially the intake of sufficient liquids is to your concentration and therefore safety.

I put together this 5 week series of videos to help bikers with their mobility and posture which will absolutely help when out on your bike.

Over the years I’ve seen so many people with injuries and, to be honest poor lifestyles, benefit hugely from some small changes to their posture and I’m certain this mini series can help you to.
