Hi everyone I’m Mark, a motorbike enthusiast since 1990.

My love of motorbike’ s first started at a young age of 15. I used my paper round money to buy my first motorbike magazines and that then led to me getting friendly with the local bikers with them taking turns letting me be a pillion passenger on the back of their bikes. And this is where my bike obsession began.

A few months down the line through hard work and saving my wages, I managed to buy my first motorcycle (TS50) and my love of biking continued.

This experience inspired me to build my own custom motorcycle at the age of 18.

As well as being a motorbike enthusiast I am also a keen Health and Fitness Advocate. My fitness journey came to a dramatic halt when I was involved in a traumatic road traffic accident which took me over 2 years to recover.

While I was on the road to recovery, I was at my lowest point. Feeling extremely low in my mood and self confidence which left me frustrated and sorry for myself. I knew I had to snap out of my depression, which gave me time to reflect on my past when I was active in my fitness and how good it made me feel and look.

It made me realise in order to help myself (and others) I needed to get motivated which taught me valuable lessons/skills to pass on going forward in the health and fitness industry.

WHY CHOOSE Bikers Fit?

The main reason I wanted to start BikersFit was because of my love of motorbikes. Then, following my accident, I realised that one of the best ways to get maximum enjoyment and benefit from owning a bike is to be completely fit and prepared for whatever the road may bring.

This then gave me the idea to form a biking community helping you to get the best out of your body by having a good strong physique. Focusing on aspects of fitness that will help while out riding your motorcycle, in terms of strength, stamina and concentration. 

I provide information about simple exercises that can be done without requiring gym membership or expensive equipment and details about the right “fuel” for your body in order to achieve to the best of your abilities.

Each month you login you will be presented with new ideas and guidance ranging from recipes and nutrition guides to videos where I demonstrate exercises that will help you to become and stay BikersFit.
